EQUIAS is limited by the number of License Applications that it can accept based upon its distribution agreements with the patent holder. Agents must be NAR members, and state-licensed full-time practitioners.

The Online Order Form provides details for initial requests of Zip Codes. Agents are allowed to select 5 Zip Codes and should be submitted in their order of preference. EQUIAS will select Zip Codes that have been assigned to fewer than 3 agents to compile a Zip profile for each subscriber. EQUIAS reserves the rights to increase the number of agents sharing a single Zip once each agent reaches a base of 5 qualified leads per month.
