REAL v. Diane Sarkisian et al.

This Federal Patent Infringement suit was filed by REAL in PA. The case named various "John and Jane Does" who, during discovery, may be found to be in a similarly infringing position as agents.

Summary judgement motions submitted by NAR's defense set forth their claim that the patent was not valid, and that this representative agent did not infringe the patent. All of the defense's claims were denied by the court.

Because MOVE inc, inserted itself through an independent action in CA., the outcome of the PA. case has been deferred and tied to the ultimate findings in the 2008 case.
